The R8-Strike Power Rack by Atletica
- Our R8-Strike Power Rack is 89" tall and consists of six uprights, giving it an overall depth of 72" and thus enough space to fit a weight bench inside the cage
- Two people can easily train in front of and inside the squat rack at the same time without getting in each other's way
- The weight plates on the rear posts are also out of the way, and the front four uprights can be used to their full extent
R8-Strike Power Cage Basic Equipment
- The power rack's basic equipment includes a variety of attachments, among them Jammer Arms, safety straps, a dip station, an Atletica logo plate with a 40 lb net weight, a multi-grip and a standard pull-up bar, as well as a double bar holder
- The J-Hooks are a reinforced version rated up to 1,200 lb, with a hard-plastic sheathing on both the top and the bottom
- This serves to protect your barbell
- The Jammer Arms are mounted so that they move only radially and guide you through every exercise, much like the expensive power racks found in commercial gyms
- The safety straps act as a safety catch and, if you can no longer manage the weight after a heavy set, catch it and thus protect you from injury

- The weight pins add a further 12" on each side
- The dip bars measure 30" in length but can also be mounted in the squat rack so that the overall width does not increase further
- If needed, thanks to the modular design, further useful attachments such as a lat pulldown or functional trainer can be purchased

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
