Order & Shipping Confirmation
Right after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your items ship, you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Fast Delivery
Delivery times can vary by product - you will always find the exact estimate on the product page. As a rule, parcels arrive within 1–6 business days and freight deliveries within 5–10 business days anywhere in the contiguous US — shipping is free.

Parcel shipping (up to 150 lb): Smaller orders ship with FedEx.
Freight shipping (from 150 lb): Larger items ship on a pallet with our freight partner XPO, by appointment - including liftgate service and curbside delivery.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

A few minutes after you place your order, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation and your invoice by email.

As soon as your items ship, we'll send you a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Where does my order ship from?

All items ship from our warehouse and Brand Store in Corona, California — 1645 Leeson Lane, Corona, CA 92879.

How long does delivery take?

Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days of shipping depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. Delivery times can vary by product — the exact estimate is always shown on the product page. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations are quoted individually.

What does curbside delivery mean?

For larger freight deliveries:
Curbside delivery means your order is delivered on a pallet to the nearest publicly accessible spot at your address, with liftgate service included.

The driver is not required to carry the goods into your house, apartment or yard, or to help with unpacking or assembly. Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the United States only: free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request. You will find the details under the Shipping Costs tab.

Who pays for a return?

ATLETICA covers the return shipping cost in full. Returns are always free for you.

How do I return an item?

Returns are simple and free. You have two options:

Option 1 - Chat: Start your return right in the chat on our website with your name and order number.

Option 2 - Email: Send your return request to service@atleticagear.com. Our team will then arrange the pickup for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

It's rare, but shipping damage can happen. If you notice damage at delivery:

Please accept the delivery anyway – it makes the claim much easier to process.
Inspect the items carefully and, if anything is damaged, contact our customer service team by chat or email - ideally with photos and a short description.

We'll arrange a repair or a replacement right away - free of charge, of course.

1. Scheduling Your Delivery Date

Our freight partner XPO will contact you in advance by email to schedule a delivery appointment with you. If the proposed date does not work, it can easily be moved.

2. Communication with the Freight Carrier

You'll receive a delivery notification by email with a proposed delivery window. Please note: this message is for information only and is not a binding delivery commitment. If anything changes, you'll be notified automatically by email with a new date.

3. Delivery Instructions

Delivery is curbside, to the nearest point the truck can reach. Please make sure someone is on site during the delivery window. We recommend having two people on hand to receive the delivery.

4. About the Pallet

The goods are delivered on a pallet. Please do not dispose of the pallet, as it is needed for the pickup in case of a return. If you no longer have the original pallet, a suitable replacement pallet has to be provided.

5. Drop-Off Authorization

A delivery authorization or delivery to a neighbor is possible. Please note, however, that freight carriers do not deliver on weekends.

How do I receive an order confirmation?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you have questions or would like to make changes, you can reach out to our customer service team at any time.

Which payment methods are accepted?

What do the 5-year and lifetime warranties cover?

Our 5-year and lifetime warranties cover defects in material or workmanship. The 5-year warranty applies to all other components, while the lifetime warranty covers these parts of the equipment:

Kettlebells
