ATLETICA USA Text Alerts (the “Program”) is operated by ATLETICA USA LLC, 1645 Leeson Lane, Corona, CA 92879 (“ATLETICA”, “we”). By signing up for the Program you agree to these Text Message Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
What you sign up for
By providing your mobile number and opting in — through a sign-up form on our website, at checkout, by texting a keyword to our number, or in another way we offer — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages from ATLETICA at that number. Marketing messages include offers, new products, back-in-stock alerts and reminders about items in your cart; service messages include order, shipping and delivery updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent applies even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You can buy from us without joining the Program. Participation is voluntary.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies — expect up to 4 marketing messages per month plus service messages about your orders. Message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for the Program, but your wireless carrier’s messaging and data charges apply — check your plan.
Eligibility
The Program is for U.S. residents who are 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Tell us if you change your number.
How to stop
Reply STOP (or a similar word such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any ATLETICA text to cancel at any time. This ends all texts from us — including order and delivery updates, which we then send by email. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you sign up again. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network.
Changes
We may change or end the Program or these terms at any time; if we change the number we text from, we notify you as required by law. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
Privacy
We use your mobile number and Program activity as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing, and consent to the Program is never sold. Our text messaging provider processes your number only on our behalf.
Disputes
The dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service applies to the Program.
