Many grip options and uses
- The Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar offers a wide variety of grip options
- You can grip supinated, pronated, neutral, narrow, or wide
- This lets you train your back muscles in different ways and, if needed, involve your biceps more with a narrow grip
- The two available grip diameters of 32 and 50 mm can be used to either intensify forearm strengthening or relieve the forearms
- With all its functionality, it simultaneously serves as a connecting element between two crossbars, giving your R8 Power Rack more stability
- Due to its curved design, the Multi-Grip Bar provides an elevation of 7.5", making it ideal for tall people who would otherwise have to bend their legs on a straight pull-up bar to avoid touching the floor
- In the case of a low ceiling height, it can simply be mounted upside down to create the necessary distance to the ceiling
- Since it is mounted in the middle of the rack, dynamic Calisthenics exercises like Muscle-Ups or kipping pull-ups can easily be performed on it
- Even without front-foot stabilizers, there is no risk of tipping in this case
- For the same reason, this multifunctional tool is also perfectly suited for attaching gymnastic rings or suspension trainers

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
