R8 Jammer Arms | 3D
- The Jammer Arms can be attached in all 32 holes of the R8 uprights, enabling an enormous variety of exercises.
- The Jammer Arms do not have to be fully removed from the rack to adjust the height – they can simply be slid up and down.
- Both arms can be used independently of each other, ideal for unilateral training, correcting muscular imbalances, and realistic everyday movement patterns.
- They sit close to the rack – extremely space-saving, without blocking floor space.
Converging movements & free-motion training
- The Atletica Jammer Arms enable converging and diverging movement sequences like those known from high-quality selectorized machines in the gym.
- You can switch between a fixed pressing or pulling path and a free movement path (Free Motion) – ideal for performing movements more naturally, safely, and biomechanically efficiently.
- This creates training stimuli that are superior to classic rigid strength machines, because the movement adapts to your body instead of your body adapting to the machine.
Full-body training options
- Equally suitable for pressing and pulling exercises, making a complete full-body workout possible.
- In the low position, ideal for deadlifts, bent-over rows, or floor presses.
- In the mid and high positions, perfect for military press, chest press, shoulder variations, and many free push exercises at different angles.
- The lever arms can be locked in ten different positions – allowing you to precisely adjust the resistance curve depending on the exercise and set new training stimuli.
- Weight plate sleeves of 12" each, compatible with all 50 mm weight plates.
- The handles can be removed in seconds so as not to obstruct entry into the rack.
- On each arm there is a solid mounting eyelet for attaching additional handles and further expanding the variety of exercises.

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
