New "small" version of the R8 Jammer Arms is lighter and more compact
- Jammer Arms are a practical and versatile attachment that expands your R8 Power Rack with a wide variety of exercise options
- With the Jammer Arms you can imitate gym machines such as a chest or shoulder press
- But you can also perform pulling movements like the bent-over row and train your legs with lunges, deadlifts or squats
- Various grip positions for comfort and variability during the numerous training options
- Exercises with Jammer Arms are performed along a fixed movement path
- This prevents cheating, so the target muscles are worked more effectively and the joints are also under less strain even when training with heavy weights
- Thanks to the isolateral exercise options, training with Jammer Arms is also excellent for correcting muscular imbalances
- The safety spotters mounted on the Power Rack serve as a rest
- Plastic protectors prevent damage to the Power Rack
- The lever arms can be moved along the R8 uprights, fixed at 32 height points with 2 locking pins, and thus adapted to dozens of exercises and almost any height
- Our R8 Jammer Arms do not have to be removed from the Power Rack for height adjustment
- The maximum load capacity is 1,650 lb

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
