Stable, safe and easy to handle
- The dip bar is attached to the extremely sturdy 3" square tube of any R8 rack
- Protectors made of very durable UHMW plastic on the inside prevent scratches on the uprights
- The 11-gauge steel thickness allows a high weight load of up to 440 lb, which enables the use of additional weights in addition to bodyweight training
- When not in use, the attachment can be removed from the rack and stored away in seconds
A Must-Have for Every Chest Workout
- Dips are indispensable for a holistic chest workout
- They activate the chest muscles from a different angle than the (incline) bench press and are superior to the decline bench press in many respects
- Not only is the setup considerably more time-saving and less effort, but it also allows you to train the target muscles more intensively
- While the decline bench press requires a training partner to push past your own performance limits, an eccentric workout can be completed alone and safely at a dip station
- This means that after muscle exhaustion sets in, you can continue to perform the negative part of the movement
- This eccentric stimulus forces the muscle to adapt and grow
Ergonomically Designed, Even for Broad Shoulders
- The two bars converge - at the narrowest point their distance is 17.5" and at the widest point 28"
- This lets you individually choose the grip width that suits you, also to deliberately place more focus on the chest or the triceps
- The shoulders are also involved in this multi-joint exercise, which is what makes it so effective
- The bars have a length of 18.5" and a diameter of 38 mm. They are comfortable to grip and offer an excellent hold

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
