Freedom of movement for all exercises
- Our R8-ShockWave consists of 6 uprights, connected to each other by crossbars of 43" and 16.5" in length
- At the top, there is a crossmember of 43" in the middle
- This results in a cage depth (without the attachments on the front) of 68" and a rack width of 72", including the eight weight plate holders on the left and right
- The footprint is perfectly matched to the use of standard barbells with an inner dimension of 52" and offers enough space to fully fit a weight bench inside
- Two people can train in front of and inside the rack at the same time without any problem
- The included dip station can also be attached inside the rack, so the overall width does not increase any further
- The second pair of J-hooks is a reinforced version with a load capacity up to 1,200 lb and an extra-deep cradle
- The other attachments included in delivery also include safety straps, spotter arms, a multi-grip and a normal pull-up bar, an ATLETICA logo plate, a double bar holder, and a core trainer
- The safety straps serve as a safety catch and stop the weight if you can no longer manage it after a heavy set. In this way, the risk of injury is drastically reduced
- Added up, the many attachments and the base frame together result in a net weight of 640 lb, so our ShockWave stands extremely stably even without floor anchoring

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
