The J-Hooks Serve as a Rest for Barbells of Any Kind with at Least 49" Inside Dimension
- Compact, robust and functional
- They can be latched onto the rack posts at different heights with a simple twisting motion
- This gives you the right starting position at the very beginning of an exercise, so you can perform the movement in a physiologically correct, joint-friendly way
- This is absolutely essential, especially for squats and Bench Press.
- The J-Hooks have a 9" deep cradle, which almost rules out missing when racking and damage to your training equipment
- Protectors made of extremely robust UHMW plastic ensure that the knurling and coating of your barbell are preserved as well as possible.
- Unlike comparable competitor products, they are each fixed with two screws, so they can't turn unintentionally and expose bare metal
- If needed and with heavy signs of wear, they can easily be replaced
- Thanks to the angle in the resting surface, the barbell automatically aligns correctly
- On the inner sides there are also protectors that serve to protect your Power Rack
- The high-quality powder coating was applied twice to intensify the black effect and achieve greater durability
- The J-Hooks are compatible with all racks that, like our R8 racks, use uprights with a 3"x3" edge length and a hole diameter of 25 mm

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
