The J-hooks serve as a rest for barbells of any kind with an inner width of at least 49"
- Attractive, functional and fitted with protective guards
- They can be attached quickly and easily at different heights on the rack posts
- This way, right at the start of an exercise, you have the correct starting position to perform the movement in a physiologically correct and joint-friendly manner
- Especially with squats and bench press, this is an absolute necessity
- A protective layer of hard plastic on both the top and bottom ensures that the knurling and coating of the barbell are protected and preserved as well as possible
- On their inner side there are supports made of UHMW plastic, which protect the coating of your rack by preventing direct metal-on-metal contact
- The ATLETICA logo was laser-cut and precisely worked in using the latest production technology, which is reflected in the refined look
- The high-quality powder coating was applied twice to intensify the black effect and achieve greater durability

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
