Sale Price$99.00
Product Features
The Most Important Points at a Glance Compact and Versatile
- The landmine is mounted in the lower area of your R8 rack and, due to its compactness, is not perceived as obtrusive
- Its barbell holder has an inner diameter of 52 mm and a length of 9.5"
- This means all common Barbells with a diameter of 50 mm can be used
- One of the two ends is fixed in the core trainer and is thus immovable
- The other end can then be used for partially guided movements, such as bent-over rows or alternating shoulder presses
- This attachment is also excellent for rotating exercises that strengthen the core
- Due to the fixation, explosive exercises such as one-arm Cleans and Jerks can also be performed especially safely, since the bar cannot slip out
- If needed, a second landmine can be purchased so that bilateral exercises can be performed
- There is also the option to purchase suitable handles for the freely movable end of the barbell and thus set new training stimuli again and again
