- Our R8-Sentinel Power Rack consists of six uprights, has a cage depth of 68" (excluding the attachments on the front), and thus offers enough space to fit a Weight Bench inside
- Three people can easily train at the same time in front of, next to, and inside the squat rack without getting in each other's way
- With a width of 48", the base frame of the R8-Sentinel is perfectly suited for use with all standard Barbells, with a 52" inner dimension
R8-Sentinel Power Cage Basic Equipment
- The complete setup combined with a 3"x3" 11-gauge steel profile and the enlarged footprint results in a net weight of 775 lb and absolute steadiness
- The J-Hooks are a reinforced version rated up to 1,200 lb with a hard plastic coating on both the top and bottom to protect your Barbell

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
