The R8 Cable Pulley by Atletica
- The attachment option of the Cable Cross is extremely space-saving and therefore ideally suited as an addition to smaller garage gyms
- Anyone who owns one of our R8 Power Racks can easily attach the R8 Cable Pulley to it using the included screws
- Changing the pull angle is child's play thanks to the height adjustability of the pulley
R8 Cable Pulley Basic Equipment
- The integrated weight sled can be loaded with all standard weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm
- This lets you set any training weight steplessly
- The included footrest provides sufficient stability during exercises such as heavy rowing sessions and enhances the enormous training options
- Both the leg blocker and the footrest are adjustable and thus adapt to any height
Cable Pulley Full-Body Training

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
