- The centerpiece of this model is the two Functional Trainers, each equipped with two handles
- Two people can easily train in the rack
R8-Nitro Basic Equipment
- Depending on whether you pull on just one or both handles of the cable pulley, the cable ratio is, depending on the exercise, either 2:1 or 1:1
- Thanks to the 34-position height-adjustable and swiveling pulleys and the 6-position adjustable footrest of the low row, the right setting can be found for everyone
- The plate holders of the weight sleds each have a length of 8.5" and a diameter of 50 mm
- If you don't want to use our R8-Nitro Dual Pulley with cable pulley exclusively as a cable pulley, you can attach J-Hooks and other attachments to the rear and expand it into a full-fledged Power Rack
- Otherwise, it can be placed directly against the wall to save space
Varied Full-Body Workout – Even in the Tightest Space
- Possible exercises include lat pulls and rows for the back, flys and chest press for the chest, and goblet squats for the legs
- Furthermore, crossover reverse flys for the shoulders, triceps presses for the triceps, curls for the biceps, crunches for the abs, and kick-backs for the glutes can be performed
- There are no limits to your full-body workout! Pull-ups in various variations are also possible on the integrated Pull-Up Bar

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.
If you have any questions about delivery to your address, please contact our support team.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
