R8-Nitro basic equipment
- The heart of this model is the two functional trainers, each equipped with two handles
- Two people can easily train at the same time
- Depending on whether you pull on just one or both handles, the ratio is either 2:1 or 1:1, depending on the exercise
- Thanks to the 34-way height-adjustable and swiveling pulleys of the cable pulley and the 6-way adjustable footrest of the low row, the right setting can be found for everyone
- The plate sleeves of the weight carriages are each 8.5" long and 50mm in diameter
- A Pull-Up Bar is included as standard in our R8-Nitro Dual Pulley cable pulley
Versatile full-body workout – even in the tightest space
- Possible exercises include lat pulldowns and rows for the back, flys and chest press for the chest, and goblet squats for the legs
- Furthermore, you can perform crossover reverse flys for the shoulders, triceps press-downs for the triceps, curls for the biceps, crunches for the abs, and kickbacks for the glutes

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.
If you have any questions about delivery to your address, please contact our support team.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
