High load capacity despite lightweight construction
- Thanks to their low weight, our nylon single handles can be taken anywhere and used, for example, in combination with resistance bands
- Not least for this reason, they are particularly well suited for comprehensive warm-ups and stimulating the rotator cuff before training
- They are also compatible with all kinds of Cable Pulley units
- Since they are delivered in pairs, you can freely choose between unilateral and bilateral exercises during training
- They can be used for both pulling exercises (like rowing) and pushing exercises (like flys)
- The extremely rugged nylon straps easily withstand loads of up to 220 lb
- The same applies to the steel D-rings
- These serve to attach carabiners and thus allow quick attachment and removal
- The grips are made of hardened plastic
- They sit comfortably in the hand and, thanks to their texture, offer an excellent grip

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
