- Our R8-SoundWave Power Cage has a square footprint with a side length of 48"
- This means all attachments can be mounted at the front, rear and sides alike
- It offers more than enough room to fit a Weight Bench inside the cage and perform all exercises without restriction
- With a net weight of 435 lb, the Squat Rack stands extremely stable, so no floor anchoring is required
- Nevertheless, if needed, the rubber feet can simply be removed and the pre-drilled holes used to bolt it to the floor

- The safety straps serve as safety spotters and can also be used for rack pulls
- The dip station expands your chest workout with effective chest training and can be attached to any side of any upright
- The Pull-Up Bar offers you a variety of grip variations and widths, including the slightly or fully supinated or pronated grip
- The 40 lb ATLETICA logo plate is not only an eye-catcher, it also acts as a counterweight and gives the Power Rack additional stability

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
