R8-Slate Power Cage Basic Equipment

• In addition to the Jammer Arms, the Power Rack's basic equipment also includes heavy-duty nylon Safety Straps, a Double Bar Holder, and four Weight Pins
• A pair of J-Hooks and a pull-up bar with medium-sharp knurling are included as standard with our models
• The Safety Straps serve as a safety catch
• If after a heavy set you can no longer lower the weight into the J-Hooks under your own power, you simply let it down onto the nylon straps
• This way you can quite accurately replicate, for example, a chest press and other expensive gym machines and bring their benefits into your own four walls
• The Bar Holder can hold two barbells vertically and, like the four included Weight Pins used to store weight plates, keeps everything organized and provides quick access to all the essentials you need for your full-body training

Full-Body Training with the Squat Rack

• With the Jammer Arms you can perform guided exercises, since they are mounted to move in only one direction and travel exclusively along a radial path
• Besides minimizing the risk of injury, they also serve a second function. They can be used for rack pulls and other exercises that require setting the weight down after each repetition
• This is the case, among others, with deadlifts. Rack pulls are an effective, floor-friendly alternative and feel considerably more comfortable on the flexible Safety Straps than on rigid metal safety catches

• The R8-Slate is 48" wide and, with an interior dimension of 52", is perfectly suited for using all standard barbells
• It can be expanded as needed with useful attachments such as a Lat Pulldown or Functional trainer to create more exercise variety in your back workout
