Robustness that fascinates with its filigree and stability:
- This 15 kg hybrid barbell, with a grip diameter of 25 mm, was developed specifically for the needs of female athletes and is comfortable and safe to grip even for smaller hands
- Thanks to its reduced length of 6.5 ft, the Jota for Women is also ideal to handle
- It guarantees a dynamic and smooth spin of the weights through 20 mm copper bushings and 4 needle bearings
- And with a tensile strength of 190,000 PSI and a load capacity of up to 1,100 lb, the Jota is built for the toughest training sessions too
60 lb Dual-Gripper Plates included:
- This set includes the scaling 4 x 2.5 lb, 6 x 5 lb, 2 x 10 lb, so you can load your barbell incrementally in 10 lb steps
- The Gripper Plates allow a fully ergonomic grip when loading the weights onto the Barbell and when using them as a Dumbbell alternative
- They are suitable for a variety of strength exercises and can be integrated into bodyweight exercises to improve your strength training overall
- The outer material is top-grade rubber
- Robust against impacts, durable, low-odor, and free of harmful substances with TÜV REACH certification
Aluminum collars included:
- The barbell collars are made from a solid aluminum casting that ensures a break-proof and durable construction
- A rubberized inner side prevents the collars from slipping and at the same time protects the coating of the barbell
- These collars are equipped with magnets that allow quick storage on metallic surfaces, for example your Power Rack or cable pulley

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
