- Our pin-and-pipe safeties are a simple but reliable safety system for training with a barbell, as is the case with bench press and squats, for example
- It protects you from heavy weights, and thus from possible injury, in the event of muscle fatigue or an unintentional slipping of theBarbellprotecting you from heavy weights and thus from possible injury
- Especially when training without the help of a training partner, emergency rests of this or a similar kind are indispensable for training close to your own performance limit without having to compromise on safety
- The Pin Pipe Safety Bars are made from a solid round steel with a diameter of 25 mm and are therefore compatible with all our R8 racks
- They are simply slid into the holes of the uprights at the desired height
- A locking pin prevents them from slipping out unintentionally
- The likewise very robust steel tubes, with a thickness of 11-gauge and a diameter of 45 mm, enclose the round steel and increase the maximum load capacity to 990 lb per pair

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
