The R8 Lat Pulldown with Weight Stack from Atletica
- The 275 lb weight stack of the lat pulldown is distributed across 25 weight increments of 10 lb each
- A finer adjustment to 5 lb steps is possible by using optionally available weight pins
- The ratio is 1:1 - the weight on the carriage arrives fully at the handle
- The modular lat pulldown can be attached as desired to any R8 Power Rack or simply to two uprights of the R8 Series
R8 Lat Pulldown Basic Equipment
- Attached directly to the squat rack, it adds just 35" to the total depth
- When using a 4-post rack, the uprights with 16.5" crossbar, 30" crossbars or 42" crossbars can be used
- The pull-up bar sits at a height of 89" and can be shortened or lengthened in height by the supplied chain

We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
