Two EXO Arms. Every pulling direction.

• Horizontal 180° in seven positions, vertical 90° in seven positions – 49 angle combinations per side
• A fixed pulley point becomes a freely adjustable cable-cross system
  Pull direction from the inside, outside, overhead or from below – you determine the force vector, not the machine
• Cable flys, rows, lat pulldown, face pulls, curls, triceps press and functional training from the same position
• 360° rotating cable outlet: the pull aligns with you, handles hang freely, no rubbing against the frame

2 × 210 lb on the sides – more stable and finer to adjust

• Two weight stacks of 210 lb each, mounted on the sides – this increases overall stability, especially during explosive pulls and supersets

NOTE: For cable training, marking 32 on the upright is the highest permissible position of the EXO Arms. The position shown at the top of the upright in the product images is the storage position – it creates maximum freedom of movement on the Smith Machine and during free barbell exercises.
