Easy Handling and Height Adjustability

• The Jammer Arms can use any of the 33 holes in the R7 uprights for mounting. This lets you replicate nearly all exercises that are also possible with free weights
• Mounted low on the rack, they can be used for deadlifts, bent-over rows or floor presses
• If you want to do squats or seated rows with them, you release the safety pins and simply slide the arm up to the desired height using the dedicated handle
• Military Press and chest press at different angles are also possible

• Unlike similar competitor products, our Jammer Arms do not first have to be fully removed from the rack before they can be mounted and used at the required height
• This would involve not only a large amount of time but also effort
• Hard-plastic protectors on the underside prevent damage to the rack and the Jammer Arms by preventing metal-on-metal contact
• Note: the Jammer Arms can only be mounted on free uprights; not when a Smith Machine is installed.

Varied Training for Beginners and Advanced Users

• The Jammer Arms move independently of each other, making them ideal for unilateral exercises - those that train both halves of the body alternately
• This is especially helpful when it comes to correcting muscular imbalances or protecting compromised areas of the body
• Because they pivot in one direction, all exercises are guided. This dramatically minimizes the injury risk, especially for training beginners
• Advanced athletes can also benefit from the predetermined path of motion, especially during explosive-strength training
• The carryover to striking and throwing sports is particularly large here
• The training weight is determined by weight plates and can therefore be chosen individually and independently of your training level
• All common weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm can be used

• With Jammer Arms you can easily perform a full-body workout, since they enable all pressing and pulling exercises
• The multifunctional tool takes up hardly any space, since it hangs close against the rack and does not take up any floor area
• The handles can be removed in seconds to allow unobstructed entry into and exit from the rack
• They also offer different grip options
• From supinated and pronated, to neutral and angled
• Grip width is flexible as well
• In addition, they can be fixed in ten different positions on the Jammer Arms
• This lets you change the leverage and thus the training effect as desired depending on the exercise
• At the ends of the arms there is a solid eyelet each
• These can be used to attach different handles in order to increase exercise variety even further
• They can also be used to secure the lever arms when not in use, e.g. with a steel chain at the top of the rack, to get them out of the way and free up the upright holes for other attachments
