Dual function - Pec Fly and Rear Delt Fly
- With Mantis you train your chest, rear shoulders and upper back
- The chest fly – the classic in chest training and a must-have in every weight room
- For targeted engagement of the chest muscles
- The movement is isolated, so you can focus entirely on the chest muscles
- Thanks to chrome-plated steel pop-pins, Mantis can be switched to Rear Delt Fly in seconds
- This trains the rear shoulder and upper back
Weight Stack version with 340 lb weight stack
- In the version offered here, changing the training weight is even easier
- Instead of your weight plates, you only need to move the selector pin
- This lets you either increase the training weight step by step, or, for drop sets, reduce it in a flash and push your muscles to the point of fatigue
Massive steel construction with 500 lb total weight
- Base and main frame made of 2"x4" oval steel profile
- Upper longitudinal and cross members 2.75"x2.75"
- Outriggers made of 2"x2" steel profile, lever arms 45mm round steel

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
