- Our popular lat and row pulldown station in the shorter version with an overall height of just 80"
- The heart of the lat pulldown is the 275 lb weight stack, divided into 25 x 10 lb weight plates
- Weight is changed via a pin made of stainless steel

Dust protection of the guide pulleys ensures a smooth action of the cable system for years - The machine height is not unnecessarily increased by a mounted pulley attachment
- The machine height corresponds almost exactly to the pulling height, for the best possible range of motion during lat pulldown exercises
Adjustable Pads for a Stable Setup
- The seat and leg pads are made from a very durable foam and offer excellent support and comfort
- The leg pad can be adjusted to four heights via a pop pin and adapted to almost any leg length
- When rowing, integrated footrests ensure you can move heavy weights without being pulled forward
Steel Cables, Nylon-Coated and Highly Durable
- If the 275 lb weight stack isn't enough for you, you can safely use our weight stack pin to load additional weight plates without the cables tearing
- This way, the weight jumps can be nearly halved along the way - our weight stack pin weighs 5 lb and is therefore excellent for progressive increases and breaking through plateaus
- The feet are fitted with gym flooring made of non-slip rubber, although slipping is not a concern anyway thanks to the 485 lb net weight

We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
