Highlights
- Belt squats are among the most popular training exercises for the front thigh muscles. They offer the same intensity as classic squats but are much gentler on the back.
- The attachment is simply slid onto the rear crossbar and fixed via a quick-release lock. After training, it can be folded up to save space and secured with a pin.
- The lever arm is 47" long and made of a 2.75"x2" steel profile with 11-gauge material thickness. Compatible with all ⌀50mm weight plates (including bumper plates).
- A hip belt ("belt") as well as two step-up platforms for a higher starting position and full range of motion are included.
- The platforms, with a surface of 15.5"x15.5"x7" (length/width/height), are constructed of 8-gauge steel in a non-slip tread-plate design and fitted with rubber feet.
Belt Squats for Back-Friendly Leg Training
- The movement pattern is similar to traditional squats. However, the weight load hangs on a belt that is hooked into the weight-loaded lever arm.
- Compared to classic squats with a loaded barbell on the shoulders, they have the great advantage of putting significantly less strain on the lower back.
- There is a considerably reduced risk of injury, and the movement can be learned immediately even by beginners.
- With this optional attachment, all athletes can safely and risk-free push to their performance limits and thus achieve effective leg training.

We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
