R8 Spotter Arms serve to protect you, especially during weight-intensive exercises like squats
- Sturdy and functional safety supports
- Unlike other safety supports, spotter arms can also be used in front of the Power Rack, since each one only requires a single post for mounting
- In case of muscle fatigue, the weight can simply be set down on them, completely avoiding any dropping or even injuries
- The support surfaces are each 24" long and 2.5" wide, so they are hard to miss
- If you don't want to add any extra depth to your rack with this safety device, you can also easily mount them inside the cage
- They can be removed and attached in just a few simple steps, so any height adjustment happens in a matter of seconds
- Not only do the spotter arms keep you safe in case of muscle failure, they also provide the desired starting position for certain exercises
- These include, for example, bottom-up squats and rack pulls
- The reinforcement plate on the underside features the ATLETICA logo
- It was laser-cut using state-of-the-art production methods, as were the holes along the arms
- The latter can be used for mounting dip bars, provided they have pins with a diameter of one inch (or at least 25 mm)

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
