1. What is an R5 power rack?
The R5 is ATLETICA’s entry-level power rack for squats, bench press, pull-ups, and more. Adjustable safeties give you stability and protection for hard training.
2. How is the R5 different from the other series?
It’s built on the same manufacturing processes as our R8, with a 1,500 lb frame rating. A good first rack — and plenty of rack for experienced lifters in a small garage gym. For anyone who doesn’t need the biggest, heaviest rack but still wants to train hard and safe.
3. What attachments fit the R5?
Six leg extensions, dip bars, jammer arms, and leg blockers, among others. They add exercises and let you shape the rack to your training.
4. Is the R5 good for a garage gym?
Yes — that’s what it’s for. Compact, expandable, and a proper training setup in your garage gym.
5. Who is the R5 for?
Anyone training for strength, beginner to advanced. Squats, bench, pull-ups as the foundation, plus attachments for functional and isolation work.
