Weight selection is done by loosening the knurled screw
- Our quick-adjust system dumbbells deliver the same secure training feel as traditional dumbbells
- The dumbbell doesn't need to be fully disassembled like a classic dumbbell; simply loosening the knurled screw by 1" is enough - allowing you to change the weight in 10 seconds
- The weight plates are connected to one another with 2 safety pins each, similar to a tongue-and-groove principle. This rules out any rattling noises or the plates accidentally slipping out
- The 50 lb QUAD version comes with 8 weight plates of 4.5 lb each and two plates of 2 lb each per dumbbell - so you can choose your training weight in 4.5 lb increments, from 9 to 50 lb
- The handles are made of steel and feature a diamond knurling so the dumbbells always sit securely in your hand
- Thanks to the black powder coating, the handles blend perfectly into the understated, modern design of these dumbbells
- Because of their square shape, they rest securely on any flat surface and are ideal for exercises like renegade rows, where stability is required
- For dumbbell exercises like incline bench or shoulder presses, the smooth outer surfaces let you comfortably rest the dumbbells on your thighs

1. How does the weight adjustment work on the QUAD dumbbells?
The weight adjustment is simple and fast: to change the weight, you only need to loosen the knurled screw by about 1". After that, you can add or remove any number of plates, so the weight can be adjusted in less than 10 seconds. Unlike classic dumbbells, the dumbbell does not have to be completely disassembled for this.
2. How is it prevented that the weight plates rattle or fall out?
The weight plates are connected to one another via two safety pins, similar to the tongue-and-groove principle. This design prevents not only annoying rattling noises but also unintentional slipping out of the plates during your workout. This provides a safe and stable training feel, comparable to traditional dumbbells.
3. In which weight increments can I set the dumbbell?
The 45 lb QUAD variant contains eight 5 lb plates and two 2.5 lb plates per dumbbell. This allows weight adjustment in 5 lb increments from 10 lb to 45 lb.
4. What is the handle like?
The handle has a diameter of 35 mm and a length of 7". It is made of steel and features diamond knurling that provides a secure grip. The black powder coating gives the handles a modern design and ensures that the dumbbells always sit stably and comfortably in your hand.
5. Can I use the dumbbells without a special storage rack?
Yes, the dumbbells can be safely stored and used on any flat surface without the need for a special storage tray. However, we do offer a matching storage rack as an option. All components are made of metal, which promises high quality and durability.
