The 4" long plate sleeves can be fully utilized. Standard weight plates with a 50 mm diameter fit perfectly on them.
Grip
The inner grip width is 5", making it ideal even for large hands. A grip diameter of 25 mm gives you plenty of grip.
Flat cast iron plates
All weight specifications are in kilograms.
Ductile Cast Iron
Iron is cast in class 30 and has high tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
Collars
The barbell collars are included in the scope of delivery. Depending on your taste, ATLETICA offers various versions.
Our L1 Dumbbell Handle is made of alloy steel and thus from one of the highest-quality metal forms
- It has additionally been refined with a durable chrome layer - protection against scratches and wear
- Both 4" long plate sleeves can each be fully loaded without the bar coming anywhere near the limits of its maximum load capacity
- The L1 withstands high loads without permanently deforming and therefore also meets the demands of the strongest athletes
- High-quality ball bearings enable smooth and controlled rotation of the weight plates, which is extremely gentle on the wrists
- In addition, they are fitted with dust protection, so no dirt can get in and the inside of the bar does not have to be cleaned constantly
Its inner dimension is 5" and is therefore suitable for both small and large hands
- The medium-sharp knurling provides an excellent grip, so that the bar slipping is virtually impossible
- The grip diameter is 25 mm and the diameters of the weight plate sleeves are 50 mm
- All common weight plates with a bore diameter of 50 mm can therefore be used
- We also offer the L1 Dumbbell Handle in sets with Iron Plates - these are especially well suited for loading due to their small thickness

- Due to their small thickness, more of them can be loaded onto plate sleeves than comparable competitor products
- We use so-called ductile iron, which is often used for the manufacture of automotive components, wheels, gearboxes, and machine frames
- The iron is cast in class 30 and has high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The robust lacquer completes the durable rust protection
