R8 Defender | Power Rack

R8 Defender | Power Rack | Plate Loaded

• Three gym machines in one: Power Rack, Smith Machine and Plate Loaded Lat/Rowing Pulley
• The lat pulldown attachment comes with a row/curl handle, a 31" wide ergo grip and a leg blocker for maximum stability during your training
• The cable ratio is 1:1, so that the selected weight actually reaches the handle

• Thanks to the high-quality plastic pulleys and a silky-smooth run of the weight sled on the guide rods, you experience a smooth training feel during exercises such as lat pulldowns, rows or single arm lat pulldowns.
• The Smith Machine features an integrated all-metal olympic barbell with a net weight of 40 lb
• For some exercises, such as incline bench press or shoulder press, the Smith Machine is even better suited than a free weight, because the rotator cuff is stressed less than on a free Barbell
• On the 13 hook pins you can safely rack the guided barbell at any time in case of strength loss, and in an emergency even drop it onto the height-adjustable, spring-loaded drop-down safeties
• The Smith Machine has linear ball bearings, which guarantees a smooth run and corresponds to the highest quality level in the fitness sector.
• For countless barbell exercises on the Power Rack such as Squats, Bench Press and incline bench press, Bent-Over Rows or shoulder press, our high-quality Type 4 J-hooks and 24" long safety spotter arms are at your disposal
• On the Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar you perform chin-ups or Calisthenics exercises, and the landmine core trainer turns your barbell into a versatile training tool for pull, push and rotational exercises
• The R8 Defender Power Rack can be further expanded to individual needs thanks to the large selection of optional accessories from the R8 series
