• The cable ratio is 1:1, so the selected weight actually reaches the handle. The advantage of this version with a weight stack is that to change the weight between sets you only need to reposition the selector pin and not heavy weight plates
• Thanks to the aluminum pulleys and a silky-smooth run of the weight carriage on the guide rods, you experience a frictionless training feel during exercises like lat pulldowns, rowing or single arm lat pulldowns.
• The Smith Machine features an integrated all-metal Olympic barbell with a unit weight of 40 lb
• For some exercises, such as incline bench press or Shoulder Press, the Smith Machine is even better suited than a free weight, since the rotator cuff is stressed less than on a free barbell
• On the 13 hook pins you can safely rack the guided barbell at any time if you lose strength, and in an emergency you can even drop it onto the height-adjustable, spring-loaded drop-down safeties
• The Smith Machine has linear ball bearings, which guarantees a smooth run and corresponds to the highest quality level in the fitness sector
• For countless barbell exercises on the Power Rack such as squats, bench press and incline bench press, bent-over rowing or shoulder presses, our high-quality Type 4 J-Hooks and 24" long Safety Spotter Arms are at your disposal.
