The Atletica R8 Power Racks meet the highest European safety standards and are suitable for use in commercial gyms.
Dual weight stacks – 2 × 190 lb (380 lb total). Each stack: three 60 lb blocks (6 × 10 lb plates) plus a 10 lb top plate with selector bar. Upgradable to 2 × 250 lb (500 lb total) with one additional 60 lb block per stack (available as an upgrade).

- The R8 Vulture with a span of 134" (grip width) offers you a combination of modular Power Rack, functional cable pulley and versatile storage system
- It features 2 shelf sides with a total of 6 storage levels for equipment such as dumbbells, weight plates, wall balls and more
- In addition, there is the option to store 2 barbells horizontally in the unit to save space
- Here, thanks to the high-quality Type 4 J-Hooks and the Safety Spotter, you can perform countless barbell exercises such as squats, bench press and incline bench press, bent-over rows or shoulder press
- Using optional pull chains, the grip width can be individually adjusted
- This way you always have the full range of motion during exercises like Cable Chest Fly, Rear Delt Fly and various lat pulldown variations
- A total of 3 pull-up bars are available for different training purposes such as suspension trainers, resistance bands, pull-ups or Calisthenics exercises
- In addition, the unit features 2 landmine core trainers, with which your barbell becomes a versatile training tool for pull, push and rotational exercises. With them you develop strength and endurance in your leg, upper-body and core muscles

1. Can the attachments of the R8 Vulture be arranged flexibly?
Yes, with the R8 Vulture, both the shelves and the Bradley cable pulleys can be set up in various configurations and arranged flexibly. This lets you adapt the rack individually to your training needs and the available space.
2. Who do we recommend the R8 Vulture for?
We recommend the R8 Vulture to everyone who wants to set up their garage gym with shallow depth, for example along a wall. With its width of 139" and its division into multiple training areas, it is perfect for training with several people at once or setting up different stations for quick exercise changes – ideal for circuit training. For the same reasons, the Vulture is also an excellent choice for personal training commercial gyms, physical therapy practices, and gyms in public facilities or businesses.
3. Is there an option to configure the R8 Vulture differently?
Yes, under the What's Included section, all components of the Vulture are listed. This lets you put together a version that exactly matches your needs. If, for example, you want 17.5" more depth to be able to integrate a Smith Machine, you can simply swap the 16.5" crossbars for 30.5" crossbars. 4. What are the front foot stabilizers for, and can they be left off?
The front foot stabilizers prevent the rack from tipping forward, e.g. when using cable pulleys or when attaching and using jammer arms. That's why they are always a fixed component in short R8 configurations and should not be left off.
5. How much weight can I effectively move on the cable pulley?
The R8 Bradley system is equipped with 380 lb weight stacks. Due to the 2:1 gear ratio, an effective 95 lb can be moved per stack. In addition, the weight stacks can be weighted with weight plates via a weight stack pin or upgraded with 60 lb of additional weight per stack. The maximum load capacity is 990 lb per cable pulley.
6. How do safety straps and spotter arms differ?
Spotter arms can be attached, removed, or height-adjusted especially quickly and are therefore very flexible during training. Safety straps, on the other hand, offer somewhat better impact and sound absorption due to their construction when the barbell is set down or dropped. At their core, both systems serve the same purpose: they ensure safety during barbell training.

Which countries do you deliver to?
US Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, email service@atleticagear.com with your cart and address and we quote the shipping cost. We can’t deliver to PO boxes.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders leave our Corona, California warehouse within 1 - 2 business days. Parcels arrive in 1 - 6 business days depending on your state; freight deliveries on a pallet (power racks, machines, large sets) take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive tracking by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order size and service level. Final shipping costs are shown transparently before payment.
Is the shipment insured?
Yes. Every shipment is insured in transit. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report visible transport damage immediately.
