R8 SoundWave Power Rack
- The R8 SoundWave has a square footprint, 48" on each side
- All attachments mount on the front, rear, and sides alike
- Plenty of room for a weight bench inside the rack and full range of motion for every exercise
- At 435 lb, the rack stands stable on its rubber feet, with no floor anchoring required
- Optional floor anchoring: just remove the rubber feet and use the pre-drilled holes
Standard Equipment
- The safety straps catch the bar if you fail a rep and also work for rack pulls
- The dip station adds chest training and attaches to any side of any upright
- The pull-up bar offers many grip options and widths, including slightly or fully supinated or pronated grips
- The 40 lb ATLETICA logo plate doubles as a counterweight for added stability
Power Rack Accessories
- A second, reinforced pair of J-hooks, rated up to 1,200 lb, lets you switch between two exercises without repositioning the barbell each time
- Two people can train simultaneously without getting in each other's way
- When training solo, the spotter arms catch the weight if you fail a rep, so you can push your limits

Which countries do you deliver to?
US Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, email service@atleticagear.com with your cart and address and we quote the shipping cost. We can’t deliver to PO boxes.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders leave our Corona, California warehouse within 1 - 2 business days. Parcels arrive in 1 - 6 business days depending on your state; freight deliveries on a pallet (power racks, machines, large sets) take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive tracking by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order size and service level. Final shipping costs are shown transparently before payment.
Is the shipment insured?
Yes. Every shipment is insured in transit. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report visible transport damage immediately.
