  • The R8-Raptor consists of a Squat Rack with a side-mounted Cable Pulley attachment, available as R8-Raptor with a plate-loaded carriage or as R8-Raptor PRO with a 210 lb weight stack
  • It has a cage depth of 48" and offers plenty of freedom of movement, so you can train without restriction even with a Weight Bench inside the rack
  • Up to three people can easily train at the same time in front of and inside the Power Rack as well as at the Cable Pulley, without getting in each other's way
  • R8-Raptor PRO: the stack weighs 210 lb in total and is divided into 10 lb increments, set simply and conveniently via a pin inserted into the desired position, which allows fine adjustment without much effort
  • R8-Raptor Plate Loaded: the carriage can be loaded with all Atletica and common Weight Plates with a 50mm bore diameter

R8-Raptor Power Cage basic setup

  • In addition to the Cable Pulley, the basic setup includes a Dip Station, safety spotters, reinforced J-Hooks, eight weight plate holders, a landmine and a bar holder for storing two barbells vertically
  • What makes this Squat Rack unique is the monkey-bar rung ladder on top of the cage
  • It can be customized to your personal needs however you like by adding more Pull-Up Bars
  • It is excellent for grip-strength training and for strengthening the forearms, simply by traversing along it hand over hand

The highlight: the cable pulley system

  • The Cable Pulley is height-adjustable and equipped with a footrest for rowing exercises
  • The two pulleys work independently of one another, can be used for unilateral exercises and add countless cable exercises to your full-body training
  • The cable ratio is 2:1 when you pull on one handle and 1:1 when you pull on both simultaneously

  • With a width of 48", the base frame is perfect for use with Atletica Barbells, provided an inside dimension of roughly 52" is available
  • 3"x3" 11-gauge steel profile with an enlarged footprint for enormous stability
  • Net weight: 630 lb for the R8-Raptor Plate Loaded and 830 lb for the R8-Raptor PRO including the weight stack
