• This way no space goes unused and you can make effective use of your training area
• We offer R7 Nemesis in two heights: 80" for lower ceilings or 88" standard height

Squat Rack accessories with high-capacity spotter arms

• By default, the R7 comes with extremely high-capacity spotter arms (up to 770 lb per pair) and Performance J-hooks (up to 2,400 lb per pair)
• The latter feature a protective layer of hard plastic on both the top and bottom, so the barbell is also protected if it accidentally bumps the J-hooks from below
• The 6.5" deep cradle of the J-hooks offers a secure resting surface that's hard to miss when setting down the barbell
• The spotter arms reliably catch the weight if you can no longer manage it by muscle power alone
• They're also suitable for bottom-up squats or rack pulls
  
• The bar's guide is linearly mounted and gives you smooth barbell movement
• Included handles: row/curl handle, 31" ergo handle
