Versatile Attachment for Your Rack
- The R8 Platform is a surprisingly versatile attachment that will expand your Power Rack with a wide range of options
- Made entirely of steel, it weighs around 25 lb with a usable surface of approx. 16"x19.5" and has a load capacity of up to 770 lb
- A non-slip surface in a checker-plate design guarantees safety and reliability during your exercises at all times
- Mounting on the Power Rack is as easy as with a Spotter Arm, and it locks in place with a high-strength pin
- After your workout, the platform can be just as easily removed and stored away
Exercise Options
- You can use the platform like a plyo box to perform explosive power exercises such as box jumps, drop jumps, or jumping lunges
- Of course, it can also be used for less explosive exercises such as step-ups, box squats, pistol squats, as well as decline box push-ups, triceps dips, decline mountain climbers, elevated lunges, or side planks
- You can train glute bridges and single-leg glute-ham raises on it just as well as one of the most efficient leg exercises: Bulgarian split squats
- Since the platform can be mounted at any height on the Power Rack, it is even suitable for „stone-loading exercises“, in which you lift a wall ball or Power Bag from the floor onto the raised platform

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
