- Thanks to an overall length of 47", our Lat Pulldown handle offers a wide range of grip widths
- The wider the grip, the greater the involvement of the latissimus dorsi muscle
- The angled ends allow for a greater range of motion than completely straight bars
- This noticeably increases the training stimulus in the back muscles, but that doesn't mean you can't also use this handle effectively for other muscle groups

- Aside from lat pulldowns, this handle can also be used for rowing exercises, bicep curls, and tricep pushdowns, for example
- You can train in both an overhand and underhand grip
- Depending on the exercise, this allows you to continually set new training stimuli and target different muscle fibers
- The handle is suitable for all cable and lat pulldown stations as well as machines equipped with an eyelet for carabiner hooks

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
