- The wavy design of our EZ grip lets you use different grip angles and grip widths during your exercises
- This way, for example, your biceps and triceps can be stimulated slightly differently
- The free choice of training angle also offers a significant advantage in terms of relieving strain on your wrists
- Many people cannot train pain-free with a straight biceps/triceps bar, whether due to a lack of mobility or an injury
- With the EZ grip, you can grip both pronated and supinated (to varying degrees) as well as narrow and wide
- The built-in swivel ensures that the grip rotates in your hands so that your wrists are not overstrained during weight-intensive exercises such as pullovers
- Furthermore, the bar is knurled almost all the way across
- This makes it feel grippy so it does not accidentally slip out of your hands
- Markings in the center of the grip areas provide better orientation when gripping

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
