Product Features
Speed rope for fast jumping and double unders
- Thanks to the screw fasteners, the jump rope can also be adjusted to any shorter body size
- The inner part is made of steel and is therefore ultra smooth-running and sturdy
- We are so convinced of the quality of our jump ropes that we will send you a free replacement rope (without handles) should it break within the first 24 months against all expectations
Secure hold and pleasant feel of the handles
- The knurled handles let the rope sit stably in your hand even during sweat-inducing workouts
- Intensive sessions are no problem and double unders can be learned more easily, since the rope spins well and can run fast thanks to the material
- The ATLETICA logo is lasered onto the handles and rounds off the look
Small in dimensions, big in effect
- We recommend our jump ropes for a proper warm-up before starting training
- The rotating movement activates the wrist and is therefore ideal for later strength training, such as bench press or other exercises that involve the hands
- The light movements in the shoulder area are also ideally suited as a warm-up for a later dumbbell or shoulder workout
- Furthermore, the jumps activate the leg muscles and produce joint lubrication, among other things in the knee.
- This protects your cartilage during squats and other leg exercises and thus prevents osteoarthritis
