PVC-Sheathed Steel Cable
- Also lasts a long time and retains its function during outdoor use and when dragging on stone floors
- Flexible length for all heights
- Our J1 Jump Rope is delivered in a sufficient length, so that people up to 7 ft tall can use it
- Thanks to the screw fasteners, however, the cable can be adjusted to any height
New Aluminum Handles and Improved Ball Bearings
- The handles feature a knurling, are light and sit well in the hand
- The ball bearing at the end of the head turns smoothly and prevents the cable from twisting
- The J1 Speed Rope is suitable for both longer cardio sessions and short but intense sessions including dynamic jumps like double-unders

- We recommend our jump ropes for a proper warm-up before starting training
- The rotating movement activates the wrist and is therefore ideal for later strength training, such as bench press or other exercises that involve the hands
- The light movements in the shoulder area are also ideally suited as a warm-up for later dumbbell or shoulder training
- Jumping activates the leg muscles and produces joint lubrication for later deadlifts or squats

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
