- Many adjustment options for a holistic workout
- The two separate barbell stands can be connected to each other using the supplied crossbar
- Practical grip screws fix the Squat Rack in place and ensure stability
- The length of this cross connection is 55"
- The distance between the two stands can, however, be freely selected in six levels
- Provides ample space for adding a Weight Bench
- This way you can use it both as a rest for standard Barbells and for shorter specialty bars like EZ bars
- The height can also be variably set
- You have 11 adjustment options to choose from
- For this, you simply have to insert the safety pins through the desired hole and secure each with a clip, so that the pins cannot slip out unintentionally
Versatile Workout Options
- The total height of the Squat Rack ranges between 44" and 64" and is suitable for a wide variety of fundamental exercises such as squats, bench press and shoulder press
- Dips are also possible thanks to the integrated bars
- These are ergonomically shaped and covered with a grippy plastic
- There is also no shortage of safety rests, so you can always train close to your performance limit without a human spotter and without risk of injury
- In the event of complete muscle exhaustion, you simply and safely set the weight down
- The safety rests are 5-way and height-adjustable using grip screws
- This way you always find the right setting for you regardless of your height and exercise

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
