Monolifts: the better J-hooks
- After the barbell is removed, the high-load hooks tilt toward the post on their own due to the counterweights
- This clears the way and you can immediately begin the downward movement in the bench press or squat, without first having to create the necessary distance through high strain on your shoulders or knees
- Just like J-hooks, our Monolifts serve as a rest for barbells of any kind, provided they have an inside width of at least 49"
- They can be mounted at different heights on the rack posts
- This is also done, as with J-hooks, by a turning motion
- This way you have the correct starting position right at the beginning of an exercise, to perform the movement in a physiologically correct and joint-friendly way
- Especially in the squat and bench press, this is an absolute necessity
- A protective layer of hard plastic at the relevant points ensures that the knurling and coating of the barbell are protected and preserved as well as possible
- The red safety pin prevents the Monolifts from turning out unintentionally
- Combined with the ATLETICA logo, which was laser-cut and precisely worked in using state-of-the-art production technology, a very high-quality and appealing look is created
- On the inside there are protective protectors made of rugged UHMW plastic, which protect the coating of your rack by preventing direct metal-to-metal contact
- In case of high wear, these can simply be replaced and the original aesthetic restored
- The powder coating was applied twice to intensify the black effect and achieve greater longevity
- They are compatible with all racks that, like our R8 racks, use uprights with an edge length of 3"x3" and a hole diameter of 25 mm

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
