R7 Wall Rack | 83" | Foldable
- When folded, the rack measures only 5.5" in depth
- This saves you a lot of space and lets you make the most of the available training area for other exercises
- Thanks to its slim design, it's ideal for use in temporary training areas, such as in living spaces, the office, or a physical therapy practice, as well as in any training room with little space
- Thanks to the hinge and bolt system, it's not only extremely stable but can also be folded from training mode into rest mode in a short time
- All you have to do is remove the two locking pins on the pull-up bar and fold both posts toward the wall
- Made of solid 11-gauge steel, the rack offers almost the same stability and functionality as our R7 Half Racks
- The profile of the uprights (2.75"x2.75") and the inner and outer dimensions (43 and 48") are identical
- Basic exercises like squats, bench press, shoulder press and barbell rows can be performed even with heavy weight, because the maximum load capacity is 1,100 lb
- The barbell rests can be adjusted to 27 laser-engraved height points (Low version 24 positions)
- Thanks to compatibility with our optional R7 attachments, the exercise range of the R7 Wall Rack can be expanded in many ways
- These include jammer arms and safety spotters, a dip station, a landmine trainer, and dumbbell rests
- A pull-up bar is already included of the R7 Wall Rack
- Also included are robust, multiply folded stringers for wall mounting, with a width of 55"
- Rubberized feet protect the floor and allow the R7 Wall Rack to fold in and out freely

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
