Suitable for 50 mm Weight Plates
- The Landmine is mounted in the lower area of your R7 rack and, thanks to its compactness, is by no means perceived as disruptive
- The bar holder has a diameter of 52 mm and a length of 9.5"
- One of the two ends is fixed in the rotation trainer and thus immovable
- The other end can then be used for partially guided movements, such as T-bar rows or shoulder press
- Rotating exercises for the core are also possible with this small attachment
- Thanks to the fixation, explosive exercises like one-arm clean&jerks can also be performed especially safely, since the bar cannot slip
- If needed, a second Landmine can be purchased so that bilateral exercises can be performed
- There is also the option to purchase matching handles for the freely moving end of the barbell, which have different widths and angles
- This way you can set new training stimuli again and again and keep your workouts varied

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
