Easy Operation and Height Adjustability

• The Jammer Arms can use all the holes on the R7 uprights for attachment
• This lets you set any height you want and replicate almost any movement pattern
• Unlike comparable competitor products, our Jammer Arms don't have to be completely removed from the rack for height adjustment
• Instead, just release the two safety pins and, thanks to their compact design, the arms slide up and down quickly and without much effort
• Hard-plastic protectors on the inside of the Jammer Arms prevent damage to the coating of your Power Rack
• Note: the Jammer Arms can only be mounted on free uprights, not when a Smith Machine is installed.

• Fixed higher up, they can be used for Squats, Military Presses and Seated Rows, for example
• Even a chest press or Leg Press can be adequately simulated at various angles
• The Jammer Arms move independently of each other, so you can train both sides of your body alternately
• Unilateral training is helpful when you want to correct muscular imbalances or work around injuries
• A flexible grip width and various grip positions – from supinated to pronated to angled – make a wide variety of exercises possible

Smart Design for Full Training Functionality

• The carryover to throwing and striking sports such as boxing and tennis is especially strong
• The training resistance is set using weight plates and can therefore be individually adjusted, regardless of your current fitness level
• For this, all standard Weight Plates with a 50 mm (Olympic) bore diameter can be used
