- This attachment is mounted to the front uprights of our Quantum, Fallout and Hellraiser All-in-One Trainers PRO via pin and locking lever.
- Hip thrusts are a very effective exercise for training the hamstrings, but also the glutes, quadriceps and lower back.
- The athlete lies with their shoulders on the raised pad, with the barbell loaded with weights over the pelvis. The weight is moved upward through a vertical hip thrust.
- The attachment is at the same time excellent for Nordic hamstring curls.
- In this exercise for the back of the thigh (hamstrings), the heels are clamped under the padded rollers and the upper body is raised up from a push-up position, using the strength of the rear thighs alone.
- Hip thrusts and Nordic hamstring curls ensure a balanced ratio between the abdominal and glute muscles, as well as the leg extensors and leg flexors.
- The pad offers a surface of 24"x15" and is comfortably padded with a thickness of 3".

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
