Natural grip position
- The ergonomic grip keeps the fingers, palm, wrist, and elbow in a straight and natural grip position
- This reduces the strain on the tendons and joints of the arms
Increased muscle contraction for shoulders and latissimus
- Depending on your choice of grip, the force transfer of the weights during lat pulldowns is distributed across the handle, forearms, shoulders, and back
- Due to the shape of the ergo grips, your forearms are generally less strained
- The force transfer is maximized onto the shoulders and back muscles
Maximum variability as a set
- The Ergo Set consists of five grips of different lengths
- The variation in training allows you to target different muscle areas and gives you greater training variety
Three long pull bars
- The three wide grips can be used for varied training of all pulling and rowing exercises
- Depending on the length of the pull bars, the muscle emphasis shifts from the upper back (wide) to the lower back (short)
- The three pull bars can either be attached to different training stations or swapped between training sets to achieve a comprehensive back workout
Two narrow grips
- The two narrow grips are designed for rowing movements and allow a focus on the latissimus, the arm flexor muscles, and the biceps
- They also achieve a higher pre-tension in the starting position
- The narrow grips differ in the palm orientation, inward and outward
Grippy neoprene coating and stainless steel ring
- Shape-retaining
- The neoprene layer is comfortable to grip and provides a good grip for the palm
- 20mm stainless steel ring - this rules out corrosion from friction with the carabiner hook

Where do you ship your products?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx. Anything from 150 lb ships as XPO freight on a pallet, scheduled by appointment, and every freight shipment includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Parcels arrive within 1–6 business days depending on your state (most within 5); freight deliveries on a pallet take 5–10 business days and are scheduled with you by appointment. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email. Please also check the delivery time shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US (48 states). Small parcels up to 150 lb ship with FedEx; anything heavier ships as XPO freight on a pallet, by appointment, with liftgate service and curbside delivery included. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations on request.
