1. What’s in a barbell set?

A bar (or bars), matching weight plates, and collars. Everything you need to start lifting.

2. Which set is right for a beginner?

A set with moderate weight and an all-around bar. The ATLETICA Sigma Starter Set is a solid foundation.

3. Why buy a set?

Everything you need in one box, for less than buying the pieces separately — and the components are matched to work together.

4. What makes ATLETICA sets different?

Quality materials, build that lasts, and combinations that make sense — from starter sets to competition-grade packages like the Alpha Weightlifting Set.

5. How do I choose?

Your goals, the weight range you need, the bar’s load rating, and the quality of the plates. For heavy training, get a set with a heavy-duty bar and a good spread of plate sizes.
