While the Round Dumbbells PRO were developed specifically for commercial gym use, the RND PRO Set 1 | Beginner gives you the perfect foundation for getting started with training. The set includes the weight pairs 5 lb, 10 lb, 15 lb, 20 lb, and 25 lb. Ideally graduated so you get stronger step by step.
